Supplemental Programs 

We understand that many companies have internal staff to run their predictive maintenance programs. The Supplemental Maintenance Program adds program sustainability to this by allowing the internal teams access to our EYE Package (hardware, software, remote monitoring support). This allows them to build out the maturity of their internal reliability program in order to ensure readiness for Industry 4.0.
 
Ennosys’ hardware, software and monitoring teams can help provide you with the tools and resources to support your reliability program. In this model you continue to control your maintenance program but may need resources in a managed team model to help supplement your internal teams. The EYE Package primarily provides the software and hardware needed to acquire the data from your equipment and transmit it to the cloud data center. Our model leverages a globally distributed hybrid team to provide efficiencies and cross leverage expertise across the program.

Our transition model identifies key non-core support areas where the Ennosys team can take over in a seamless manner. Our monitoring teams help in this model to take over L1 support and monitoring tasks leaving the critical or L2 tasks for more your more experienced senior staff.  As your plant grows and your internal staff retire or are leveraged on other tasks, our flexible support team can step in on a seamless manner to share some of the burden of monitoring or analysis
 
We measure the success of the program on the completion of a task-based schedule or deliverable list which is agreed upon with your internal maintenance teams.  Our Outsourced Supplemental Services programs have typically been able to bring down maintenance costs by about 30%.
