The Ennosys’ EYE Reliability and Maintenance Outsourcing model focuses on identifying technology and operational tasks that have lower criticality in the Maintenance Program and building a model to outsource those tasks to a Managed Team. This is done through a plant operational assessment and diligence which focuses on using a LEAN approach to understand objectives, rationale for the outsourced model. This then creates a clear view of maintenance tasks and processes that can be retained or outsourced. A clear-cut transition methodology is then put in place to ensure ZERO risk transition from the current operating model to the target state.

Once the EYE packages are connected to the online data centers for your equipment, our analysts take over the monitoring and control leaving the management and improvement activities in the plant to be driven by your core team.
